Enjoy! This is the best gift you can give yourself. Spend time in nature. Relax. Practice yoga twice daily. Get to know great people. Practice meditations outdoors by the cliffs. Learn surfing (beginners lessons or intermediate) and be part of our ocean guidings to understand the laws of nature. You are what you eat: keep your body healthy and learn how to prepare simple & healthy meals in our afternoon workshops.
live on an organic farm for a week! enjoy twice daily yoga-asana sessions (dynamic mornings and realxing evenings), 2 full surfing days (beginners or intermediate course, including equipment), ocean guiding session (learn about the nature of the ocean. this will improve your surfing AND your meditation skills!). Daily guided meditations at beautiful spots in nature, soundjourney & herbal workshop. Homemade organic meals.
A relaxing week out in nature and with loads of time to practice yoga and learn surfing with like-minded people.
We switch between “surf-days” and "yoga-days".
"Surf days" start with early morning meditation and pranayama to get you ready for an active and fun day in the water. You learn how to read the ocean and be in close connection with nature. The evening yoga nourishes and relaxes your body.
"Surf-days" are followed by “Yoga-days”, starting with a full workshop of asana, pranayama and clear & guided meditations. Even if you are a beginner, you won't be lost here. Movements are explained in detail and the meditations will feel like this is all you ever wanted. If you practice yoga already, you will receive further tools to deepen your practice.
After a healthy, homemade brunch, you have time to relax and to go for walks or read in the hammock, or go surfing again. In the late afternoon, we get together again for the Ocean Guding by the cliffs, Yin Yoga or the Health Food Workshops to learn how to easily prepare healthy and yummy meals at home. After a full day we will be all over the homemade, organic dinner. Evening specials include a soundjourney and campfire.

Fernando and Max will guide you through vegetable harvesting and show you how to prepare yummy & healthy breakfasts and share the secrets of preparing super healthy veggie/vegan dinners.
Jana guides you through heartwarming yoga practices, grounding and restorative, or challenging and activating. Get to know your breath, how it directs movement and alignment principles to keep you healthy.
