Why are we offering a Yoga, Meditation & Mindful Eating Retreat?


Every time we eat something we are literally saying YES to life. In its purest form, taken away from habits & stress, every meal you prepare for yourself is a gesture of self-love.


Unfortunately most of us do not know about this simple way of treating ourselves. Consumerism moved into our eating habits. We don’t listen to our hunger & eat too much or eat foods that don't feel alive. We are not connected to the inner voice of “healthy” craving that is guiding us not to the next source of sugar but to colors, smells & tastes that will help our body to get what it actually needs.


We are what we eat! Let's find back to our inner wisdom of what really serves our bodies. Let's understand the cycle of eating and digesting and gain a wider perspective of life and our physicality.

...start the day with guided meditations in the sunrise with Jana and learn techniques to support us in restoring our inner silence
...nourish yourself with a light & healthy breakfast prepared with love by Olga
... afterwards starts your yoga workshop with Jana: get into a deep body journey with activating & deeply relaxing movements. Melt into the earth... feel the winds caressing your skin... drift in the water of sounds... connect with the fire of your spirit... The yoga workshops are inspired by somatic practices to help us connect with our "gut intelligence"
...Olga will await us with a super nourishing lunch and mindful eating rituals to try out
... the afternoon is free for you to relax & visit the nearby beaches and walking trails on the beautiful Costa Vicentina
... we meet again in the late afternoon with Olga who will introduce us to the wisdom of intuitive eating & conscious cooking. She will guide us to cook a yummy dinner together based on different health topics. Time to listen, learn, try out, explore, and enjoy the simplicity of life: Cooking & eating together!
... after dinner you can gaze at the night sky and find an early sleep, or on some evenings we get together again for our evening specials such as yoga nidra or a special soundhealing.

Mindful Eating


Olga has been dedicated to plant-based cooking and mindful eating practices for several years, has worked and curated healthy and creative meals as a chef in upscale yoga retreat centers and is always creating new and nourishing inspiration for yogis and people who are curious about a healthy lifestyle.


She will guide us through mindful eating rituals and share her wisdom on conscious & delicious cooking and inspire our understanding of our belonging to nature by eating. Our daily cooking sessions with her will include stories, recipes, room for questions and tons of inspiration to take home for a plant-based diet. 


Eating is not just eating. Fasting for example, can be an integral part of a healthy digestion. Therefore, this retreat will include a mini-fast. On day 3 of the retreat, the intake of food will conclude with lunch - and we will do an intermittent fast until breakfast the next day. Olga will share her wisdom on plants and herbs and we will harvest hers from the garden to prepare our individual fasting teas. 


The fasting time will be a special afternoon and evening of resting time and connection time in nature and meditation practices.

The Yoga practice


Begin to feel the vast nature of your body and its intrinsic wisdom. Jana will share practices from traditional hatha yoga and somatic practices such as Body Mind Centering and Feldenkrais and invite you to explore:

- healthy movement patterns to support your yoga practice  

- understand and feel the anatomy of your breath and how it changes your practice when the breath leads

- how to connect with your inner wisdom and "gut intelligence"

how to reconnect with nature and the love for your body and this life

- rejuvenating practices to maintain health 

- connect with who you are beyond conditioned self images and habits

- research your own movement habits and create more freedom and spaciousness in your practice

- recognizing and respecting cycles & rhythms

how it feels like to trust and to move from within your own body authority

- a way to embody yoga and to feel awake and alive. Understand your spiritual self through the experience of your body.

- explore the deeper purpose of this practice and how it can change everything in your life. Feel comfortable in yourself and in your human nature.

We designed this program based on your feedback to dive deeper into the sense of feeling connected to nature and your life source. Learn about mindful eating, fasting & cooking and move your body in a healthy way. Explore somatic practices and how to apply the laws of nature into our yoga practice.


What we are interested in is to create a space that warmly welcomes everyone who is curious to explore the nature of body, mind & spirit.
